Terms of Service

By accessing or using weGo Car Rental Ltd. services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

To rent a vehicle, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license recognized in Rwanda. International visitors must provide a valid passport and international driving permit if required.

Bookings are confirmed only after payment or partial deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Extension of rental periods is subject to availability.

Rental rates include the basic vehicle fee and any requested driver services. Additional charges may apply for fuel, traffic violations, or damages exceeding insurance coverage. All payments must be made through authorized channels.

Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, racing, or sub-leasing. Drivers must not operate vehicles under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Off-road use is restricted to designated vehicle types.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. weGo is not liable for indirect losses or personal belongings left in vehicles. All disputes will be handled through mediation or Rwandan courts.
